Every Cosmico product is made in Naples, Italy.
Who is Cosmico Cosmetics USA?
Cosmico Cosmetics USA is the official, exclusive and authorized U.S. distributor of Cosmico luxury Italian anti-aging skincare. Buying from cosmicousa.com means buying directly from the official source in the United States.
Is there research behind Cosmico products?
Yes. Cosmico products are supported by clinical efficacy studies conducted with universities in Naples, and are certified for efficacy by the University of Naples.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship within the United States via UPS Ground for a $9.95 flat rate. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more with code FREESHIP75. See our Shipping Policy.
How long will delivery take?
UPS Ground transit times vary by destination.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as it has not shipped yet. Write to cosmicousa@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within about 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I return a product?
All sales are final. Because our products are personal-care products, opened or used products cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged, is wrong, or gets lost?
Write to cosmicousa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a free replacement or a refund. If a package is lost, we file a claim with UPS and reship your order.
Should I do a patch test?
We recommend it. Apply a small amount to a small area of skin before first use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Every skin is unique, and an individual skin reaction is not grounds for a return.
